Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with MorphTone, so there is a free 14-day trial and a 14-day refund window.
14-day refund
If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase. You do not need to give a reason.
How to request one
- Use the link in your Paddle receipt, or go to paddle.net and look up your order. Paddle is our Merchant of Record and processes the refund.
- Or email support@cozyaudio.net with your order number, and we will arrange it with Paddle.
What happens next
Refunds go back to the original payment method. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. When a refund is issued, the license key from that order is deactivated.
After 14 days
Requests made later than 14 days after purchase are not eligible for a refund. If the plugin is not working for you, write to us and we will do our best to fix the problem. This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer law in your country.
